New Team Members!

On Friday 13th December 2024 we held our first project meeting with a fully recruited team!  We welcomed our newest recruits, Esther Skidmore, Caroline and Richard Wren.  You can read more about everyone here.  Lucy Bailey, our evaluation consultant skillfully led us through our three year activity plan and showed how we would be evaluated against various outcomes.  This will enable us to see how well we are delivering on The Way Forward project: both the physical refurbishment of the church building and the community activities that will go hand in hand as we navigate next year and then move back into the building.

With ten members, the team is skillfully led by the project lead, Rhoda Herbert.  The project team comprises both volunteers and paid staff.
